Fascinante, as coisas que influenciam é por isso que aposto no estudo e análise da estrattosfera, agora a mesoesfera é mais complicado.

Para mim são Tornado que são acionados ou catapultados pela enorme carga eléctrica existente na mesosfera e que por sua vez irá influenciar muito localmente o surgimento de cones de aspriração ou advecção muito fortes.
Poderá ser possível, porque existem relato de tornados no meio de pouca nebulosidade, assim como de raios com céu limpo
